Our Story
The YASMEH Group was established in 2018 with the vision to make authentic Ayurveda accessible to everyone, everywhere! The ancient Indian wellness system of Ayurveda dates back to 5000 BC and has been practiced in India to look after the body and mind. Ayurveda, when used correctly can be very helpful in reducing the risk of many disorders which are prevalent today.
